Hippocampus Identification in IBSR Dataset

I have taken IBSR01-18 dataset for my research work, in the IBSR01-18 Gold Standard labeled that it has amygdala, hippocampus, cortex in both left and right side. kindly tell me how to identify the values of above mentioned, from normal images and gold standard images in IBSR.
