I tried to design this circuit into proteus i m getting my output in software but i m not getting my output on hardware.

the crucial question is: What do you get?
Do you have access to a real-world oscilloscope? If so, could you please post pictures of the same three signals you measured in Proteus?
If not, with 1 s / 5 s you should be able to estimate the voltages by using a voltmeter.
