I am using haddock in my project ..but i don't know if my results are reliable or if the results from haddock can be easily published i wonder if someone could kindly help me
Hi, sorry for being late. It is the same with any kind of theoretical/computational method you are using, you have to be sure about the input you are providing to avoid the garbage in garbage out effect. HADDOCK has an advantage (at least as far as I know) compared with the other docking predictors, that it is "data-driven". This means that to give you results you have to provide experimental data about which residues are interacting in docking. So this makes it less likely for someone to disprove your results. Hope that helps.
