I want to verify dose distribution in IMRT and for this purpose I want to compare dose distribution in TPS and EBT3 film in terms of gamma index value and for obtaining gamma index value I use verisoft software.
as we know TPS values are dose per voxel of phantom while film give us pixel value.
I have calibration curve of film but,I don't know how apply this curve to film in verisoft software.
how fix this problem?
please help me.

Have you tried to compare the TPS output and the EBT3 distribution using the DoseLab software?

I don't use this software.I work with verisoft ptw software.

The best would be, since you use VeriSoft, to use also the FilmSoft. That would allow you to save the image in a format which includes also the dose data. Once you have saved the image in such a format you can then import it as a matrix in VeriSoft and analyse it, but be aware that the condition for a valid comparison is to compare the same thing, i.e. you have to recalculate your TPS for the phantom you use to irradiate the film.
