High throughput method for removal of bacterial epiphytes from plant leaves?

Hi all!

My goal is to sequence and identify bacterial endophytes. Most protocols I've seen work great for sample sizes

Hello Brian, could you make clear whether you are seeking to work with bacterial epiphytes (i.e. superficial), o endophytes (which would need extraction from within roots)?
