I am working on Project to amplify the power. i currently used the 2731GN-220V GaN transistors. I have 1 question.

1) matching network of transistor is designed in ADS and it shows good response. S11 and S22 results are below -15 dB at the desired frequency region. so my question is will my transistor will give accurate results once i fabricate it and use all the components mentioned in datasheet? capacitors and inductors are placed in ADS momentum.
