Do people choose to work outside a hierarchy, egalitarian group and market individualist sales job? If so, what percentage of people would that be? Do they hate being called fatalists? Or exploited? Can they work in an authoritarian dyad? Isn't that just a job? If MBTI can be associated with grid group, with thinking being high grid and feeling low grid, with sensing being low group and intuition being high group (meaning that it is actually a social skill - as MBTI indicates), then Realists would be Sensing-Thinking types. That would make them the most common way of life.
Look at them as consumers of what hierarchy, market individualists and egalitarians produce - both physically and socially. In other words, they sit in judgement of the others. They support whomever they think and sense gives them the best options. They want cash and prizes, not revolution.
