reverse vaccinology harnessing some server such as ORF-FINDER to analyses entire genome of microorganism and recognize identify potential extracellular antigenic proteins. There is any connection between ORF properties and protein location in the cell?

Hi to you, no matter researchers! I receive my answer from another resource,

Every ORF have a signal peptide that directs protein to specific location. For example if a protein have UAG... sequence, it moves to cell membrane.
