Hi there! I run a Real-time qPCR for amplification of my target DNA and I got the Ct value of 4 for one of my DNA sample. What does that mean?

Does it mean that I have too much temple DNA in that PCR tube? I am unable to understand the result. Kindly help me out if anyone can.
