Your sample contains more Wustite than other phases; as the highest peaks in your XRD are at 2 theta: 61 and 42. A slag of steel is expected to contain Wustite (iron oxide).
You can interpret XRD data by consulting the XRD tables, an example is given in the following link:

You will see that the 2 theta for the oxides (minerals) you have mentioned, arranged by intensity (highest to lowest) are as follows:
Wustite: 42, 61 and 36.
Gehlenite: 52, 31 and 37.
Portlandite: 34, 18 and 47.

XRD interpretation of slags is generally difficult since they contain many elements. Additionally, often the slag contains Fe and Mn, which makes fluorescence (for Cu source X-ray source) and the background and noise are very high. However, you need to upload raw data (.xy or .raw) and someone can hep you. Usually the highest peak reffers to highest amount but this is not every time true. To quantify the phases there is several methods, but you need to start with identifying all phases.
Исходя из химического и минералогического анализа, в сталеплавильном шлаке содержатся тяжелые металлы в соединениях оксида железа FeO, а также высших оксидов железа Fe2O3 и железосодержащие минералы вюстита и магнетита. На уровне 2 тета 60 - скорее всего вюстит (FeO). В шлаке также может содержаться - Сa2SiH2O5, γ -С2S.
