This is a very wide topic that cannot be explained in a short answer, as other two colleagues already explained above.
Below, I have posted the researchgate link for an excellent reference related to N mineralization, posted by one of authors of the document. If you are interested in N mineralization, please look under the following two sub-titles within the chapter:
42-2. Field methods for estimating net rates of nitrogen mineralization.
42-3. Laboratory methods for estimating net nitrogen transformation rates.
There is another chapter in the same book (Methods of Soil Analysis by SSSA) related to C mineralization (as I remember).
I wish thanks all the answer, were very usefull, in special thanks to Susantha.
I´am looking for a method for know how is releasing the nutrientes form organic materia for plant utilization, N mainly, P and maybe K. Because not is only apply Organic materia even how the plant take the nutriments. I work with pineapple.
Net-N-mineralisation is calculated using the following equation assuming that inorganic N-input from the atmosphere is compensated by gaseous losses).
Net-Nm = Nd + Np + Nl– Nf , where: Net-Nm = net-nitrogen-mineralisation (kg N/ha);Nd = difference in inorganic nitrogen in the soil (0–90 cm) between autumn and spring; (Nmin-au – Nmin-sp, kg N/ha); Np = inorganic nitrogen uptake by plants (kg N/ha);Nl = inorganic nitrogen leached (kg N/ha), negligible for the vegetation period because of the water balance ,Nf = inorganic nitrogen fertilisation through mineral fertiliser and compost-NO3 and -NH4 (kg N/ha)

If you want to calculate the organic matter mineralization rate of organic matter in soil at particular site then either you have to go through the *CO2 flux measurement (CO2 flux analyzer) or by *analysing the soil organic carbon (Walkley and Black 1934) method. You can find the procedural details on internet. All the best.
