Hi I am Working on Cadence Virtuoso to design a 2 stage CMOS OP-Amp with first stage as differential amplifier and second stage to be a Common Source amplifier. I have to run a dc, ac and transient analyses for my project. But I encounter issue with the hspice simulator memory. I am not sure how to fix this issue. I am pasting the Output log, the Netlist and the circuit schematic as well for your reference. If someone could help it would be really great.
