im currently modelling a hybrid composite RVE. it is just a simple model generated using the GUI. im having trouble generating the stress strain curve. i want the stress strain curve for the whole RVE and not just for 1 element.

to evaluate stress-strain behavior of the RVE, you must use computational and/or analytical micromechanics. considering computational micromechanics, finite element based modeling can be implemented as discussed by Barbero in Finite Element Analysis of Composite Materials Using Abaqus. additionally for the analytical micromechanics, the methods based on the Eshelby's solution such as Mori-Tanaka, self consistent, differntial scheme and ..., are commonly applied to estimate overall properties of composites.
