I am with a question of quantification by the Promega NAD / NADH Assay Kit kit and NADP / NADPH Assay Kit ...

In the Kit there is no standard to make a dilution curve when there is a known concentration of the molecule of interest ...

In this case, there is no spectrophotometer quantification of only RLU measurements, right?
