I looked at your thesis and was quite impressed. However, I would judge the questionnaire to be very specific to US air force bases and there are many questions just not applicable to home installations. But the questions aren't strongly inter-related so I don't think any harm would be done just leaving them out. That would also cut the size of the Q by over half! Best wishes with your research.
