Hi everyone, we purchase xenopus eggs from Ecocyte BioSciences in the US. I want to know if anybody has had issues with low expression recently?

Hi,

We are a lab that conducts electrophysiological experiments on expressed ion channels in Xenopus oocytes. We purchase our eggs from Ecocyte Biosciences and since the past month, we have been having issues where the current sizes are about 1/10th the usual responses. I just want to know if there is any other lab purchasing eggs from the same vendor and having similar problems as us. Please let me know.
