i want to ask whether Pioneer 3dx is a good option for research, actually i am trying to implement some algorithms. First i just want to know whether cell decomposition can be applied efficiently for this robot if the map is known. Second, Is there some other option of robot which is cheap and also has easy programming interface, which is at abstract level from low level dynamics. Your answers will be appreciated.
