We are currently planning to conduct Freight Master Plan in the state of Qatar, one of the requirements is to conduct travel time surveys, therefore we are currently searching for GPS devices that can serve this purpose, what brands/models do you recommend.

One option is use a GPS with a laptop or other device that can log data. But if you prefer data logging Novatel is the best option, I think.
