This error can be generated by different reasons. See for instance

Dear Ahmed,

If the size of the molecule is more than 65 atoms including the hydrogen atoms you will receive such message due to a lack of disk memory as mentioned by Vasile.

Sometimes such error appears when a mistake in one of the first four lines is wrong.

Another reason might be that the bond angle was 180 degrees which is considered as a violation. It should be less than 180 degrees.

It would be helpful if you post the last 10-15 lines of the output, since there's definitely more information (apart from segmentation violation error) that can tell you what exactly is wrong.

Now, the situation is a little bit changed .... After, I got chk. file and transferred it into fchk. , I can't see the frontier orbitals shapes by Gaussview 5. 0. 9..... This error message always appear (attached) !
