I imagine these enzymes just pass their electrons to ferricytochrome c, but do not comprise it. I think their coenzyme is NAD (NADP in mannitol DH case), but cytochrome c is only a separated constituent of ETC that accepts electrons from NAD during its oxidation in ETC. So actually cytochrome stays separately, not incorporated into these 2 enzymes. Am I right?
