I read a paper about type of employee blood and their performance. That was interesting, hence i decided to share with my RG friends .

Blood type and job that we carried nothing related to each other because nobody is questions or looking our blood type to offer the job. Everyone got offer based on their qualification, IQ and their intelligent thinking.
Really weird question. If employer is looking blood type n offer the job to the individual sure something wrong.
If IQ and Job performance, I will say 'YES' but blood type n genetics carried the individual's personality, character and attitude for performing the job.

It is widely held belief in japan that blood types are related with personality traits.There is no scientific evidence in this respect to attach blood types with such explicit types of personality dispositions.Few general things can be said about a person carrying a particular group ,however there is no scientific backing to verify that a particular blood group is associated with certain type of personality traits.Researchers tested the big 5 personality traits and try to find out difference on the bases of blood groups,however they don't find significant difference on the bases of blood group.In japan it is common belief to ask question about the blood group by the employer even after repeated warnings.Industries are making eatable and soft drink optimized for specific blood group.Dating agencies are using blood groups to help people find their correct match.

My blood group is O. In japan I will be considered as curious and generous but stubborn . This is very interesting belief system but nonscientific.
ABs are arty but mysterious and unpredictable, and type Bs are cheerful but eccentric, individualistic and selfish.

I had read the relationship of blood groups with the occurrence and course of some diseases. But I don't know the relation about personality and professional achievements. I can't believe there can be a relation. I'm curiously following the answers.

So interesting topic. But according to me, there should hardly be any link of blood group with profession. Indeed, one can find chances of linkages with the family profession inherited to the next generation of the family (i.e., same blood in one sense), but again it is not necessarily to be.
I don't think there's a relation, as the blood groups are not found to be linked with personal characters.

I dont think so. I think it's unlikely. I am not aware about any serious research on the topic.
Blood group is a medical entity while job is professional entity. No direct match up
There may be some exception, but no relation between blood group and type of job this is my personal opinion
