Hi Dears: Can anyone help me about how to prepare a slide from Corallina red algae for anatomical examination under microscope, Please?

I have made decalcification of the sample and stained with an aniline solution, but the tissues under the microscope seemed scattered and not clearly distinguishable??? Thanks
