Thanks John....the thing is that in our lab, we have such a system and it can give you the scattered component for a particular wavelength, but I need to know this over a spectrum....
That does not seem difficult. You just run the integration program for a sufficient number of different frequencies.
If I understand your task correctly, you need to illuminate your sample by white light, and than to register spectrum of light from integrating sphere output. It is convenient to use fiber illumination and registration.
Both Valery and I may be misunderstanding your question. When you say, " we have such a system," is it a computer program or an experimental setup?
