Academically, the Ph.D. is more valuable than DBA. However, there are many DBA graduates have valuable contributions in the academic field.

I do agree with the above said statements. Besides, I need to add few words that, It totally depends on your interest, if you want to enhance theoretical knowledge and to be in the academics, prefer Ph.D. On the other hand, if you want to be a practitioner and in the corporate world, choose DBA.

if you have an experience in work field more than 5 years, you should go to DBA. you should check DBA program in UTM UNIVERSITY- Kuala Lumpur. Academically, the PhD is more valuable than DBA.
