Hey! PLease help me out: do yoou know what happens if you add more Sodium azide in your primary antibody dilution? f.ex. 0,1%? any experience?

will the antibody binding be affected? (recommended is 0,02-0,05%)

i would be happy to get some help

0.1% is a perfect concentration for the purpose. Lower concentrations might be preferred mainly due to the high toxicity of sodium azide.
