Dear Zahra Mohamed Khadir Any fintech solution must address a problem. A problem is associated with a job/task that a user/ company wants to complete. Please use the value proposition canvas for this purpose. Take any company and see what kind of financial transactions they do. Where are they struggling? Are there any innovations possible? That should lead to a solution as a value proposition. If you already have a solution and are trying to retrofit it to a set of users, you have a major problem. It can still be done, but with some struggle. What jobs are made easy using your solution? Which users/ companies need to do those jobs? This line of thinking could help. But the way you are solving the problem may not fit into their reality. That is why it is always better to start from the customer/ user side.
