Hi, I am PhD student working on Perovskite solar cells (PSCs), I have fabricated standard cell (FTO/C-TiO2/M-TiO2/CH3NH3PbI3/Spiro-OmeTAD/Ag) in air atmosphere. but i am not getting any efficiency more than 1.5%. here i have followed fabrication steps of standard journals. but still i m not getting efficiency. can any one suggest me what i have to do for getting better efficiency and give some standard journals to follow the fabrication of the cell.
You do not displayed any dark and illuminated I-V curves of your solar cells.
In addition to has been said by the colleagues, it is very interesting to show you dam and illuminated I-V curves. One can learn how much is the processing in air can affect the solar cell performance in more detail.
The effect of air is more pronounced on SPIRO-OME TAD.

So, if you changed the SPIRO OME TAD by an other hole transport layer that is not affected by air you may see appreciable improvement.

You need to fabricate your cells in an inert gas environment. Both perovskite and orgaic materials degraded in the air that means reacting either with water or oxygen That is why the efficiency of your cells are so low.
