Great question, so important! My initial thoughts are: writing in the media (magazines? social media? other?) read by women in your culture about the benefits of exercise, opening a studio or gym for women or with hours or a separate area for women, starting some exercise/yoga groups by women for women in private homes or places they would go, combining exercise with a more popular and routine activity.

I was overweight last year. I am 59 years old. My weight was 169lbs. Due to my hypertension, arrhythmia, and aging I managed to lose weight and achieved my ideal weight of 125lbs. I lost 44lbs in 10 months. I make my 1200-1500 low carb calorie as my lifestyle and I do 1 hour brisk walking everyday. I addition, I do 20 minutes simple yoga stretching and breathing everyday. Losing weight needs discipline and commitment to desired weight goal. To start losing weight is not easy and failure is normal. The most important is to keep on trying to lose weight and never quit.
