I am a student working towards gaining my nursing Master's degree. I am conducting qualitative research to explore the nursing Students’Experiences of Electronic Medical Records During Placements. My question is: Is it correct to use constructivist theory approach,interpretative phenomenology and thematic analysis for my methodology/approch/data analysis?

A constructivist approach is appropriate, especially when examining student learning and experiences. I would recommend against using both interpretive phenomenology and thematic analysis in a single study that you are conducting yourself. While some people use them together, I recommend for a new researcher to pick one and focus on it. Phenomenology will inform both your data analysis and the questions you ask, because it focuses on the lived experience of the person, including their physical, emotional, and cognitive experiences. Thematic analysis focuses on identifying patterns or themes in the data through coding and multiple readings, which may or may not find themes about the "lived experience."
Employing a narrative or life-history approach may be appropriate to make sense of the experience.... and, yes, thematic analysis is fine for the data analysis.
Thematic analysis is not usually considered a good match to phenomenology, because the later concentrates on reactively small numbers of cases that involve intense aspects of lived experience. Since the use of electronic medical records does not meet that last standard, I would recommend concentrating on a constructivist version of thematic analysis. Braun and Clarke's recent book on thematic analysis would be a good source.
Congratulations on pursing your gradulate degree. The constructivists theory certainly could fit. it says that people construct knowledge from what is happening to them, added to their own lived experience. I guess I would ask what is the aim of your research? What are you setting out to accomplish? What is the Nursing Problem that you are studying, and how does it impact Nursing Knowledge? your theory, methodology, and analysis are dependent upon what you are trying to find out to some degree.
You can use any of them that best fits you after you have done enough literature review. Wish you well.

Mixed methods is usually reliable in getting information for qualitative studies.
