You can also look at the topic from the SGDs perspectives linked to agriculture in the sense that effects of covid 19 on agricultural activities are reversing the gains achieved by SDG 2 (zero hunger) or SDG 1 (no poverty) or SDG 3 (good healthy and well being). Using SDGs and their interconnectedness can assist to explain and present your research problem better. Hopefully this can help you.

Do you need information about processes (cultivation, harvesting, grain milling)?
In Poland and Central Europe, there is not harvest time right now. According to me the agriculture in Europe is facing dramatic shift caused environmental changes - the weather has changed so much here we do not have winters as it used to be. Then there is no water melting from ice, and rains do not provide so much water in Spring. During Summer we face floods (Czechia, Poland). There are new species of insects and snails, because of climate change. Also, the economics has changed, because of the farm structures (grain monocultures). But I am not sure if my answer has reached your paper goals. Please remember that COVID-19 is a black swan, short impact situation and the others may have a greater impact on the food industry or wheat production.

COVID-19 has no direct role on the production of any crop. However, marketing is definitely hamper by its attack. Small farmers of India are producing good amount of yield and selling it also. Where as the large farmers getting in loss due to the lock down. Cessation of transport system definitely hampering the marketing channel. I don't think agronomic crop like wheat, rice are facing problem compare to horticultural perishable crops.
Debashish Hota this is, not the problem for small farmers or large farmers but it affects the whole world due to lockdown. farmers can't go to work in the fields and also the economic loss and this is the main reason for food crises in the world.
Ayaz Latif Siyal If you are eating vegetables and fruits in your meal from last 4 month then the farmers are going to field. For field crops, we can say that we are eating the stored grain, but for fruit and vegetables we can not say so. Which indicate farmers are going to field in this lockdown and cultivating some crops to feed us. In India, farmers are allowed to go to field with proper precaution. And by god grace, maximum urban people are getting caught by this disease very few to farmers.
