Hello! Please, how does fold induction differ from fold change? and which of the terms is best used for qPCR result interpretation?

I`m working on gene expression study and sometimes the two terms confused me.

I do not know. I think the folding problem, in general, at least for DNA, RNAs, is misconstrued... The deeper problem is a different kind of coding...
