There is a lot of soft you can use depending on your level approach (Microscopic/macroscopic), you need to do a coupling between Fluid and Solid.

An example is to use a CFD-DEM coupling.

Like PFC3D+Coupled Computational Fluid Dynamics(CCFD)

or LIGGGHTS and CFDEM coupling.
