You can find nk of almost all materials with their references. In this site, there is an opportunity to extract data and export it as .csv, .txt, etc.

fortunately, one of my research interest areas is device modeling, specially perovskite solar cell simulation modeling. Moreover, I am happy to inform you that I have already worked with Silvaco, SCAPS-1D, etc TCAD in perovskite solar cells simulation.
