I have been trying to optimize a protocol for phospholipid and neutral lipid separation and visualization. My interests are Phosphatidylcholine (PC), Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), Phosphatidylserine (PS), Phosphatidylinositol (PI), Phosphatidylmonomethylethanolamine (PMME), Phosphatidyldimethylethanolamine (PDME), Ergosterol, Diacyglycerol (DAG), Triacylglycerol (TAG), Free fatty acids and Sterol ester.
