If you have the theoretical information of the Bragg angles for this sample, then you can related these 2-theta values with the respective reflecting planes for the sample. These peaks correspond to the reflections of the incident X rays from the planes in the sample. Different planes of atoms would cause the X-rays to reflect at different angles.
