Or maybe can someone of you with experience in this field help me in identifying some species i collected from two lakes in Algeria.

I think the best way to identity the algal species is to sequence the 18s rDNA, and sometimes ITS fragment is also needed.
I think so Mr. Wang, but as the first simple step i need only the morphological identification. Thank you very much
