Hi all

What I have practiced and what I have learnt all my 43 years in providing health service is; financing is the least of the problems that have been made a monster by us all in ignorance. Better health services can be provided to ALL with the same finances or less. What we lack is the 'will' to fight the ills of the society and their perpetrators. 

I am not just saying it, or giving my abstract opinion, but I have always done it and proved it in action and results time and time again, only to be put down by the mainstream health service providers who by and large are 'for profit' and, or for breeding sycophancy.

I know, and I understand, it is hard to believe, especially by those who talk about strategies and who run after money ...compare everything to $. However, I feel the scientists would easily understand and realise soon that good healthcare that is universal is more cost-effective in the short as well as the long term.

Hoping to see a good discussion in near future.
