We have many scientists from America on our forum. Today, there was an article predicting a magnitude 10 earthquake (apparently on a 12-point scale), not in California, but in New Madrid. What are you planning to do? Run to safe zones, or establish a forecasting system and provide an accurate prediction 50 to 70 hours before the catastrophe begins?

The methodology exists, it has been successfully tested, but we need a company director, an investor, and all of this must be done quickly—while I am still able to work and pass on the knowledge to a Center that wants to work and will work. This is a challenge for those who are not afraid to stand up in defense of their country and its people.
