The same thing happened with me Dear Dr. Avishag Gordon .
I've seen top researcher publish the same research three times in various hard magazines over the recent years.
Other paper after I cited it when I needed to download it, then it appear the same title and DOI but to the another author at several years ago. frankly I shocked.
It depends on the type of error as pointed out above. If it's just grammatical and/or doesnt affect the result of the research, then no problems! Politely talk to the authors too!

In scientific research if possible everyday we have to look/read the article related to our work or other published articles. Sometimes I am observed some technical errors but that not harmful for understanding the published article.
Is there anything like a perfect research? There must be an error in every paper, otherwise there wouldn't be need for criticism towards improvement. That's my humble take.
I dont think that republishing the same search and in respectable magazines is bad but especially if the researcher made linguistic or intellectual changes sometimes it is important that the researcher is honest in his research and does not attribute to himself the work of others
I have seen some issues like that. Mainly we saw many misidentified species and even doing Ph. D. in photochemical anslyses of plants with wrong scientific names. That means, the data publish in reputed journals (mainly organic chemistry) as an outcome from the wrong identification will be result of another plant and not for the real plant he/ she is doing. The particular guide or scholar should authenticate the real identity of the species first through a taxonomist or botanical identification outlets like BSI or Herberia before undergoing chemical analyses.
Yes it is very funny that reputed people present almost same presentation in different conferences , symposia etc . Even funding sgencies are granting funds to projects of almost same problems.
