There is a strange similarity, if compared form section §1 of my article, and from section 2. of the chapter, especially section §3 and 4., yet no proper citation.
What do you think?

So all in relationship with that seems to be nonsense except its disproving.
They certainly look similar... maybe it would be a good idea writing politely to the author of the chapter (with copy to the editors) in order to ask him/them for some explanations.

I did that, but the head of the legal affairs department of the publisher said me that he is not a specialist, and that the iThenticate software didn't find significant similarities (because of paraphrasing.)
That is why I said "politely" and "to the author". Maybe you could ask him directly, without mentioning the term "plagiarism". Just say that you noticed similarities and that you were wondering if he was somehow inspired by your work... maybe doing so you get a citation (since it seems to be a provisional chapter yet).
