I want to Perform multiphoton microscopic analysis in

ex vivo living mouse brain slices cyclically exposed

to conditions that promote disassembly and recovery of synaptic structure. I was planning to use Ouabain/Dihidrooubain for same. Have anyone used it in past? Can you tell the vendor for both and what concentrations/ perfusion rate/ duration of drug exposure worked for you?
