I am developing a survey about voluntary organisations' needs in the city of Milan, and I am struggling to find some literature concrning this topic to organise a literature reviwe unpon which I can make some research hypothesis.
Furthermore, I have come to term with the concept of "administrative treatment of needs", but I cannot find some deepenings about it.
