Have any of you performed MeDIP? After many problems in adopting Methylation Sensitive High Resolution Melting and Methylation Specific PCR methods in my research to determine DNA methylation in given locus, I am looking for an easy and fast method to determine DNA methylation at a given locus. I would like to use MeDIP but I wonder if the sensitivity of this method would be comparable to methods which I was forced to resign? Has anyone used this method to determine DNA methylation in the promoter of a gene and have knowledge about MeDIP?
