Nano-emulsion fuel technology has been around for some time. However, its use has not yet been fully established for different reasons. I would be interested to know of any plant or industry where it has been applied on an industrial scale.
the combustion in boiler or furnace is depends on its design , So
nano-emulsion fuel technology is a field flow problem , and this question is not easy to reply , i mean it depends on mach number of the flow field , the flow field temperature , and the spray micro and macro scales ....So how much the engineer can relate these physical phenomenon on the industry scales .....it is only adventure to have combustion process in furnaces or boilers from the order of nano when they are designed to have the energy of combustion by applying it on the order of mm not nano scale
