Digital Marketing is adopted by Indian banking but customers in rural areas still do not prefer internet banking as it is quite troublesome for them!!! Is digital media the preference for rural consumers?
I think because speed and dynamic changes in the environment , this issue need to test to show the results from period to period to discover the advantages and disadvantages for this sector.
I think it is related to the IT infrastructure and the awareness of consumers. The Indian banks should offer more promotional campaigns to attract consumers.

Therefore, development of rural India is major step towards economic development of the economy as a whole.
