Has anyone worked with Latex beads, carboxylate-modified polystyrene, fluorescent red(Sigma) on Phagocytosis ?

I am trying to study the phagocytosis and I got the latex particles from Sigma. I do not know the concentration of these beads and cells that I should use?. Can anyone give me clear details about that?.

Do I need to opsonize the beads?. I just want to quantify the cell uptake (study the phagocytosis) in different conditions
