Hello,

I've been trying to use Platypus technologies 3d embedded invasion assay. but somehow when I add the collagen matrix it does not adhere to the bottom of the well. I make sure with the microscope it reaches the bottom and that there are no bubbles, but after incubation for the polymerisation, the matrix seems to adhere to the wall of the wells instead of to the bottom. I've checked my solutions and everything seems to be ok. I set aside some matrix and it does polymerise.

Does anyone have any experience with this assay kit?
