It seems like a very affordable alternative to the nucleofector, and based on the data from their website, it has comparable transfection capabilities, but I was hoping to hear if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with this before I decide to make a purchase.

We recently established a method for transfection with the JetMessenger transfection reagent from Polyplus and in vitro transcribed and immunologically silenced mRNA for transient infection in macrophages. The reagents are also affordable.

It worked for peritoneal macrophages, BMDM and MEFS with transfection efficancies between 65% (PMs) and 90% (BMDM and MEFs).
