Has anyone used the CER1 buffer overnight for NE-PER Nuclear/Cytoplasmic Extraction kit?

I'm doing some 24hr timepoints, but wanted to spin down all the cytoplasmic and nuclear extracts on the same day. Has anyone had success in leaving their pellet at -20 degrees C in the CER1 buffer?
