Hi,

Unless you have a specific reason, generally speaking you do not need to remove the unboud Abs. Typically, you would do a titration of your antibody-virus ratios. FcyRII is a low affinity receptor in contrast to eg FcyRI that is more capable of inducing downstream cell activation by single Abs. Of course, all this depends on you specific assay and readout.
